The central part of the municipality of Homeroupolis is mountainous with the churches being dotted on the mountains, as the one of Saint George at Resta and the monastery of Saint Stefan. Continuing our route we meet the area of Klidou and the village of Karyes, while high up coming in view of the historic mountain of Epos.
